Hard to find part was in stock and very promptly delivered.

Parts are cheap but get you with delivery charges . £8+ then stuck extra security delivery charge on £3+

Don't use this Company!!! It is not based in the UK and, I believe, it is not bound by UK LAW. So in case of a dispute, as in my case, all you get back is a load of apologies from some customer service adviser with no operator number and no reference number.
Now, let me explain.
On 31/01/2023 after checking everything including the shipping information, I placed an order with this Company. All items where ''In stock and available''. In the shipping information is stated that the dispatch time for the available items is 1-2 days. I assumed that this is fair enough...1-2 days dispatch plus 1-2 days delivery is acceptable. Now, after 4 days, double than what it says on their website, I received an e-mail confirming the dispatch of my order. Unpleasantly surprised, and after digging very deep into their contact information I managed to get in touch with them.... just to find out that this Company is based in Germany... and it will take some time (?!?!?!) for the order to be delivered to the UK. They provided some tracking numbers from EVRI ( WHICH PROBABLY EVERYONE KNOWS HAS TENS OF THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR SERVICES ). When checking these tracking numbers on EVRI website, all I've got back was '' WE'RE EXPECTING IT''.
Just to cut it short, I believe that this company is misleading their customers which...by the way... is illegal in the UK... by not providing accurate shipping information ( nowhere on their website is provided information about the Company/Shipping Hub location nor the delivery times information for specific countries ). On top of that, I was again unpleasantly surprised when, after, again digging deep into their shipping information I may have to pay '' CUSTOM DUTIES '' because my order was above £ 135.00.
In my opinion, this is illegal, and, as a consequence, I will report this Company to ASA and Trading Standards UK and I will also look for legal advice as I intend to take legal action against this Company because of my financial looses they caused me because of their misleading information.
This is my honest feedback and I take full responsibility for it.

The correspondence I had with the company with regards to a enquiry I had for type of component I needed was answered promptly. After ordering, it arrived quickly and in good order.

Original parts had bolts missing. A phone call to Onlinecar parts customer service and this was dealt with to my satisfaction. Otherwise would have got 5 stars

Horrible service. I accidentally paid using a paypal post code that wasn't mine and they delivered to wrong address. That was obviously my fault, but they refused to update for second part of order! Different parts of the order came at different dates and took nearly 2 weeks to arrive! Don't use this company!

Please do not order from here if you need parts quickly! I ordered some parts due to my car breaking down and needing the parts ASAP so the 2-ish working day delivery sounded amazing to me, It's been over a week and the parts have barely shipped.

What this site tries to hide from you is that they're shipping from GERMANY NOT THE UK which is complete lies to their advertised delivery time, This doesn't include any delays from the delivery company either (which is evri so don't even expect your package)

Placed order 29.12.22 with all 10 items showing "in stock" order finally dispatched 9.1.23, I made two separate requests to cancel theoriser both of which fell on deaf ears, I also noted the prices of the items ordered went down not once but twice. I offered to accept the order as placed with a refund of the difference, a reasonable request given the undue delay, again response limited to discount off next order despite declaring that this was worthless given the fact I would not be using the company due to the lack of customer service. All in all a disappointing experience and would not recommend this company.

Worst Customer Service I will say. They charged me 8£ for the delivery and yet it took them 10 days to deliver. Now I want to return the package which I have not opened yet. But waiting for their kind response.
